News agency WENN is reporting that former track star Marion Jones has been released from a Texas jail. Jones won 5 medas during the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. She has returned them all. She is the first professional sports star to be jailed for Steroids and lying about them.

Enzyte Bob is not smiling!!

Steve Warshak, founder of the company responsible for "Enzyte," has been sentenced to 25 years in prison and ordered to pay a fine of $93,000, says the AP. U.S. District Judge S. Arthur Spiegel also ordered the company, along with other defendants, to forfeit more than $500 million that it bilked from consumers.

According to federal prosecutors the scam involved preying on customer's reluctance to admit that they had ordered the "male enhancement" pills. Customers ordered the pills, but were unable to cancel or get a refund. A former VP of the company testified that Warshak required customers to provide notarized documents from a doctor proving that they had small genitals in order to get a refund.

A DeKalb county judge sentenced Da Brat to 3 years behind bars. This sentence stems from an event that transpired at an Atlanta nightclub. Da Brat hit a former cheerleader in the face with a rum bottle. The woman suffered serious injuries and has been scarred for life. Da Brat was sentenced to 7 years probation and 200 hours of community service. This isn't the first time she's been in trouble. She faced similar charges in 2000. In that incident a gun was used in the beat down!! I'm sure Mariah is crying into Nick Cannon's shoulders tonight.
